"I got in touch with Sherri through a good friend of mine who knew I was considering buying a home for the first time. I was extremely nervous about the whole process because I'd heard stories of just how frustrating/difficult it was for first time home buyers now. Fortunately, Sherri took the reins and helped me through every step. The most important thing she did for me at the beginning was assure me that whether I bought a house in a month or two years, she would help me the whole time. That is exactly what she did. I was in a unique situation in that I didn't need to buy a home. I was simply looking because I knew it was a smart financial move at this time. Sherri never pressured me to try to buy. She was very patient with me, which again quelled my fears. Any time I had a question Sherri immediately got back to me with an answer. If she didn't have the answer, she pursued it and always got back to me. I found out that this is unlike many realtors who seem to be working mainly for themselves, versus Sherri's approach of us being a team. Never did I feel alone during the process.Another advantage of working with Sherri is that she put me in touch with a very candid mortgage officer, a man whom she works with regularly. Even though I didn't use him for my mortgage (my home-sales company gave me great financial benefits), he always was willing to be honest with me about any financial questions I had. In the future, even if I were to lose a couple benefits, I would probably work with him, if for no other reason that he was always completely honest, whether I was excited about the news or not.Lastly, Sherri helped me immensely even though I was buying a new build and dealing directly with the build company. She attended all of the meetings with me, from the initial meeting with the sales person, to the meeting at the title company. Also, when I received documents from the mortgage company, I forwarded them to Sherri who then meticulously went through them to make sure they were on the up and up. She actually made a list of questions to call them with to make sure I wasn't taken advantage of. This ended up saving me a couple thousand dollars from "charges" that seemed to come from nowhere. Ultimately, because I asked questions about those charges, the mortgage company absorbed those costs. I would have had no clue to ask those questions, but again, Sherri acted like a team member, not someone interested in a commission.
All in all, Sherri was everything I would hope for from a Real Estate agent. She always helped me, always made me feel that this was for me, and she was just there to help. Sherri is still helping me, from bug spray agents to where to go for carpet questions. Even though Sherri's job is done, she continues to stay in touch with me, now answering questions that I have as a first time home OWNER, versus just being in the market. she did it again. This time, Sherri found me my dream home. I first
worked with her selling my home in June. She got me $10K+ more than I had
even hoped to get. But I wasn't in a rush to get a new home as my new
husband had a house. I'd take some time to find "that perfect
home." Well, it took less than a month and Sherri found us our dream

After 27 years enjoying my 2-story home, it was time to move
